पेन्शन हक्क हक संघटनेच्या पाठपुराव्याला पुन्हा यश शिक्षकांच्या डीसिपीएस कपातिला स्थगिती.                      सफाळे -  जुनी पेन्शन योजना लागू करावी  व डीसिपीएस या अन्यायकारक पेन्शन योजने अंतर्गत  होणार्या दरमहा  दहा टक्के वेतन  कपातिला स्थगिती मिळावी यासाठी म.रा.राज्य जुनी पेन्शन हक्क संघटनेने औरंगाबाद खंडपीठात याचिका दाखल केली होती. मा.न्यायालयाने शिक्षकांच्या बाजूने निकाल देताना डीसिपीएस(अंशदायी निवृत्ती वेतन योजना) कपातिला स्थगिती दिली होती. मा.न्यायालयाच्या निर्णयाचा आदर करुन पालघर जिल्हा.प. शिक्षण विभागाने डिसेंबर २०१७ पासुन  जिल्ह्यातील 1322 डिसिपीएस धारक  शिक्षकांची डिसिपीएस कपात करणे  बंद केले होते.यामुळे शिक्षकांना मोठा दिलासा मिळाला होता.       परंतु जिल्ह्यातील  काही शिक्षकांची कपात सुरुच होती. या शिक्षकांची डिसिपीएस कपात बंद करण्यासाठी मागिल एक वर्षांपासून पेन्शन हक्क संघटनेचा शिक्षण विभागाकडे पाठपुरावा सुरु होता.त्यासाठी कपात करण्यास इच्छुक शिक्षकांची पुरवणी यादी शिक्षण  विभागात दाखल केली होती. सततच्या पाठपुरावा व प्रयत्न याची दखल प्रशासनाने घेतली व  त्या प्रयत्नाला यश म
