  29/9 Government resolution is a  Death resolution of young government employees.   The Condition of Death for Money

Ten lakhs of heirs of deceased employees But employees should die within 10 years.

      Kelve-  Last year, for the demand of old pension, during the Mundan  Maha Acrosh Morcha, which was held at the Nagpur session, the government had promised to give ten lakh rupees financial assistance to the families of the dead staff. On Saturday, the government issued resolution.  But in this, the feeling of having a 10-year condition employees should die within 10 years. This  Dictatorship decision   make the resentment ' in the teacher and the  government  employees.
    Government servants who comes in service after 1 Nov. 2005  are fighting for the demand of implementing the old civil pension scheme of 1982 for the last 12 years. Maharashtra  state government teachers and other government employees  do not want the new DCPS pension scheme. To oppose DCPS (defined contribution pension scheme) young Teachers and Government Employees  have made big movements and protests  and have  demand  for Old pension scheme and   financial help to families  of employees  who died during service period. Impact of this moment The Government has issued a government decision on September 29 to give financial assistance of Rs.10 lakh to the employees heirs. But in this ruling, if the employee dies before the completion of ten years of service, then the family of those employees will be eligible to receive Ten lakhs  beneficiary funds. MEANS employee should die within 10 years for ten lakhs. It has been said that even after ten years  will not get financial assistance. So there is a wave of anger among the teachers and other employees.

After 2005, almost all the DCPS holders, government employees already completed ten years of service period.  have already gone through the duration of the service period. Because of this emotionsless resolution there are many questions arrived in employees mind. What if an employee dies after 10 years  ? Under this GR, the Government accepted that there is no provision if the DCPS / NPS employee dies during the service period. If you have been completed  ten years and have been for a day, then this is no use for you. .

Thus, by making such a decision, the government has plunged the salt on their wounds in a way by making a cruel joke of employees. Is the government waiting for our death? That is what the teachers have said. The teachers have also alleged that the GR has been removed to weaken the grand pension Dindi movement on October 2.

The government has shown how insensitive and emotionsless.  we are  strongly appose this  government decision. Without considering the heirs of the employees of the deceased, the government has taken this GR. Maharashtra state Juni Pension Hakka Sanghatana  will going to organise  a historic pension Dindi  on October 2. Taking thousands of teachers and government servant  in the state. We all state employees   waRning to ruler party ... For the last four years, the youth teachers / employees of the state have been agitating for a protest against the demand for implementation of an old pension scheme but the government does not respond. There has been a lot of discontent against the government. In order to put pressure on the government in the next general elections, teachers and other government officials will show their power through Pension Dindi. If the government does not accept the demand for an old pension, teacher employees can take decision to vote against the present ruler party  in the elections. Lakhs Teachers and employees are in anti-government  mood It will be harmful to the existing Governors if they take the role .Therefore, the government should avoid the possible political losses by implementing the old pension. This is a demand for government employees in lakhs of teachers and government servant of other departments.
